I offer private visit for who cannot come to the class, who want to learn one-to-one according to your needs, and who wants to deepen your Yoga.
Traditionally, Yoga was originally learned one-to-one thefore I recommend idividual lessons if you want to make the most of Yoga in your life.
First of all, you will learn each pose of Asana and Pranayama correctly and look at your body and mind including your habits. Start to feel you body and mind and start to ease of it. Then Meditate to understand the body, mind and Self to deepen in it. We will work together through Yoga from gross to subtle.
